Please charge immediately after receiving. You can use your previous Charging device if it is compatible with the battery (Li-Ion - your ebike battery volt).
Make sure that the battery is charged at least every 3 months to switch to the highest performance and lifetime.
Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:  
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.  
- All original packaging and accessories must be intact and complete.  
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.  
- Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

  • We provide a one-year warranty for all e-bike batteries, power tool batteries, and custom batteries.
  • If any battery develops quality issues within one month, we can process a return and refund or replacement upon verification of the issue.
  • After one month, we can send you a BMS or battery cells for repair, or you may return the battery to us for servicing.
